The short version
We keep what you type into our forms, use it to answer you and do the work you asked for, and never sell it or mention you to your university. That is the whole arrangement. Everything below says the same thing at greater length.
What we collect
Quote requests: your name, email, program and school, what is due, and whatever you tell us about the situation. Newsletter signups: an email address and the program band you pick. Affiliate applications: your name, email, region and payout preference.
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own, runs no advertising pixels and holds no logins. Ordinary server logs exist as they do for any website, and they roll off on the host's usual schedule.
What we use it for
Answering your request, sending the newsletter you asked for, or processing an affiliate application. Specialists see your engagement details on a need-to-know basis, and every one of them has signed a confidentiality agreement as a condition of joining the crew.
We never contact your university, your employer or anybody else about you. Billing reaches your statement discreetly. If somebody referred you, they are never told it was you, and you are never told who referred anybody else.
What we will not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not name students anywhere: the flight log on this site carries initials and a program, nothing further. An address given for a quote receives no marketing email. The Preflight goes only to people who asked for it.
Keeping it, and removing it
Records stay while your work is live and afterwards for our accounts. Email crew@gradflight.com from the address on file and your contact record is deleted and you are unsubscribed from anything you are on. Every issue of the newsletter carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.
