What Gradflight is
Gradflight is an independent academic support service for people finishing online degrees: coaching, planning, drafting support, editing, exam preparation, research and IRB consulting, practicum and internship placement help, and week-by-week coursework support, delivered by credentialed specialists.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any university. School names appear on this site to describe what our specialists have worked inside. How you use our support within your program's rules is your decision and your responsibility.
Coaching, not ghostwriting
Work is prepared with you and returned for your review before anything is submitted, and you submit it yourself. Nothing carries your name that you have not read and approved. Where a request would require us to remove you from your own degree entirely, we will say so rather than accept it.
Quotes and orders
Everything opens with a free quote setting out scope, timing and price. You owe nothing until you accept it. Work begins once the quote is accepted and the agreed payment or deposit clears. Anything not written into the quote is not part of the order.
Deadlines
Standard work is delivered a day ahead of your deadline so there is room to read it. If anything puts a date at risk you hear from us early rather than on the day. Where something lands late for reasons on our side and no alternative is agreed, we refund the affected part of the fee.
Revisions and refunds
Written work carries a free revision within seven days of delivery, against the original scope. Refunds beyond the late-delivery case are settled order by order: write to crew@gradflight.com describing what went wrong and a lead reads it rather than a form.
What we refuse
We do not sit examinations, proctored or otherwise, under any student's identity. We do not record clinical, field or practicum hours that were not personally worked. Neither position changes for any deadline or any fee, and both are refused at the point of enquiry rather than after payment.
Confidentiality
Your identity, your school and the contents of your order stay private. Specialists work under signed confidentiality agreements. Anything published uses initials and a program only. We never open a conversation with your university or your employer.
Affiliates
The affiliate program is open to verified Gradflight alumni. Commission accrues on completed, paid referred orders and settles monthly; fraudulent, self-referred or charged-back orders do not count. Credit taken instead of cash carries the stated value and has no cash equivalent. An account that misrepresents the service can be closed, and commission already earned on genuine orders is still paid.
The dull but necessary part
The service is provided as described in each accepted quote, and our liability on any order is capped at what you paid for that order. These terms plus your accepted quote are the whole agreement. If the terms change, the version standing when you accepted your quote is the one that governs it.
